A: The X-axis adopts Japan THK brand double-row high-precision silent guide rails , which realize operation through the rolling of steel balls between the slider and the guide wheel. The friction coefficient is only 1/50 of that of ordinary guide rails. It supports long-term high-precision printing and has excellent silent effect.
A: We can use Ricoh G5I , G5 and G6 print heads for this printer , with negative pressure system , industrial print heads
A: The Ricoh G5 printhead has a print volume of 7 pl, making it suitable for outdoor advertising products and has a service life of approximately 2.5 years. Due to the 7 pl print volume, the ink dots are larger, making it suitable for large printers and outdoor printing.
The Ricoh G6 print head has a print volume of 5pl and is an upgraded version of the G5 print head. The G6 print width is 54.1mm, with fast printing speed and good print quality . It can print with a gap of 15mm high and has a service life of up to 30-36 months.
A: We use a water cooling system for this large format printer . As you know, large format printers require high power consumption. Using a water tank can cool it quickly and better to ensure that the temperature is not too high.
