2.5D/3D embossed effect is a three-dimensional pattern achieved by stacking UV inks multiple times, and the Gen6 printhead on the Jucolor CJ-1210Pro-RICOHHD performs exceptionally well in this application.
2.5D/3D relief printing, because equipped with 4 pcs Ricoh Gen6 print heads, varnish and white ink have independent nozzles for printing,
which can quickly print out 3D relief effects with a strong three-dimensional effect.
Varnish printing is an important process in UV printing, used to enhance the gloss, tactile feel and durability of patterns.
Supports white, color and varnish inks printing, outputs good varnish glossy effects, also can prints matte varnish effects.
Printing varnish inks on top of printed medias can also protect the printed image to avoid scratches.
