JuColor’s independently developed large-width, highly sensitive printhead anti-collision and light-avoidance system effectively prevent the printhead from being damaged. When the material is higher than printhead surface, the sensor will stop printhead from moving. After adjusting the height, the software will continue printing to avoid wasting printing materials.

The device is located center of printhead and UV lamp. and sensor height is lower than the printhead surface height, which can effectively shield the reflected light, protect the printhead, avoid the printhead from being blocked due to reflection.

We equip CJ-UVF6042Pro with a negative pressure ink supply system, which includes: primary ink cartridge, ink tube, secondary ink cartridge, and negative pressure generator.

We added a stirring system to the primary ink cartridge to continuously stir the ink, and added a circulation system to the ink tube and secondary ink cartridge.
The ink can flow in the ink tube and secondary ink cartridge to prevent white ink from settling, avoid the print head being clogged by ink precipitation or white printing being yellowish, and improve the quality of white ink printing.

JucolorCJ-UVF6042Pro-III desktop industrial UV printer uses laser sensor to detect the thickness of the printing material, effectively ensuring that the distance between print head and printing material is within a safe range, avoiding contact or collision between the print head and the material, causing damage to the print head.

Supports bidirectional printing, no need for customers to recalibrate the bidirectional settings due to changes in the bidirectional value caused by changes in the printing height.

Screws are much better than belt drives in terms of printing quality. Belts are shrinkable and it is difficult to accurately drive the platform to move to the exact position, affecting the printing accuracy.

JuColor CJ-UVF6042Pro adopts a 4-screw linkage platform lifting system. There is no speed requirement for printer platform lifting system, but lifting or lowering value of platform each area must be consistent. We use a stepper motor + synchronous pulley + four independent ball screws form a lifting system, which can effectively ensure the consistent lifting value of platform each area.

For the platform base and body, we use high-strength aluminum alloy.

The printer body structure has extremely high requirements for strength, and deformation cannot be too large. Aluminum alloy is light in weight, high in strength, corrosion-resistant, and not easy to deform, which can effectively maintain printing accuracy.

Our research found that when customers use linear grating printers, the print head will shake and the software cannot read the position of the print head. These are caused by the linear grating being not resistant to dirt, easy to misalign, and poor stability. We use the magnetic grating equipped with large uv printers to effectively avoid these problems and enhance the working stability of the printer. It cooperates well with the print heads, keeps moisturizing and prevents print heads from capping station with auto-wiper Print heads are more expensive, need to protect and keep moisturizer well.

So JuColor team develop own auto cap station with wiper for RICOH Gen5/6 heads on JuColor A2+UV printer, it can clean automatically, wiper print head automatically, keep print head moisturizer(head storage when in stand by). That’s very useful to avoid clogging.
