Marble is a material that never deforms and can always guarantee the level.

Our X-axis guide rail is debugged on the marble to ensure that each area has the same height, and the error is controlled within ±0.05mm. Damage problem, adsorption area can be adjusted at will, platform surface has high hardness, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, easy to clean.

Jucolor 2513 UV printer equipped anti-collision system for print head. This anti-collision system sensors are equipped on both sides of printing system. When safety of print heads are threatened, this system will stop printing directly, effectively protecting print head from being damaged.

Eliminate static electricity on materials, make ink droplets more stable, and eliminate ink flying problems caused by static electricity.

For Y axis, we use dual motor drive. Compared with single motor, dual motor has a simpler structure,running directly, no need belt, avoids the poor accuracy of belt drive, the failure rate is high, drive more accurate, and failure rate is lower.

Double negative pressure ink supply system, more stable ink supply.

Jucolor 2513 uv printer adopts double negative pressure ink supply system, which directly injects ink into the print head, effectively ensures stability of ink supply, avoids ink backflow and unstable ink supply, effectively improves the life of print heads.

For X axis, we use Japan THK brand double high-precision silent guide rail to realize operation by rolling the steel ball between slider and guide roller. The friction coefficient is only 1/50 of ordinary guide rail. support long time high-precision printing with excellent quietness.
