Using Japan’s Ricoh Gen5/6 all-metal industry print head, Ricoh Gen5/6 print head adopts an all-steel structure, which is extremely corrosive, long working life, can be more than 3 years, high stability, greatly reduces maintenance time and cost.

High-drop Printing

The JuColor 2513Pro UV printer with RICOH Gen5/6 metal industry print heads can achieve an effective printing gap of 3-15mm.
with special ink the high-drop distance can reach to 20mm. High-drop printing function is very practical and popular.
It can effectively print toys, cosmetic packaging, tools, pens, special parts and other irregular shapes or uneven surfaces. The application range is extremely wide which expands the user’s business scope.
Negative Pressure
Ink Supply System
Negative pressure ink supply system, ink can be directly injected into the print heads, no need to suck print heads, ink supply is more stable, effectively avoid problems such as ink interruption during printing.
All-metal secondary ink cartridge excellent corrosion resistance, UV ink is a corrosive chemical liquid. Therefore, the corrosion resistance of the secondary ink cartridge is very important, it can effectively extend the service life. Avoid high failure rate and high maintenance rate.

White Ink Circulation & Stirring System
We equip 2513Pro with a negative pressure ink supply system, which includes: primary ink cartridge, ink tube, secondary ink cartridge, and negative pressure generator.
We added a stirring system to the primary ink cartridge to continuously stir the ink, and added a circulation system to the ink tube and secondary ink cartridge.
The ink can flow in the ink tube and secondary ink cartridge to prevent white ink from settling, avoid the print head being clogged by ink precipitation or white printing being yellowish, and improve the quality of white ink printing.
Precision of the X-axis Guide Rail is Selected from Marble for Debugging
Marble is a material that never deforms and can always guarantee the level.
Our X-axis guide rail is debugged on the marble to ensure that each area has the same height, and the error is controlled within ±0.05mm. As a high-precision equipment, uv printer has strict requirements on the error range, Jucolor 2513pro uv printer can control the height The difference is ±0.05mm, which can effectively ensure the printing accuracy and support bidirectional printing.
One-piece Steel Beam
The beam is milled with 150*100mm steel square tube, ensures the error is within 0.05mm, X-axis ensures precise movement. The steel beam is more resistant to deformation than the aluminum beam, ensuring long-term high-precision printing.

High-precision (1um) magnetic grating counting ruler, accurate positioning, completely solve the problem of inaccurate counting and printing failure caused by frequent scratches or position deviation of traditional plastic encoder.
Gantry Milling Integrally Welded Steel Frame
Frame is welded with 80*80mm square steel as a whole to ensure steel frame structure is firm and stable, not deformed, Frame base structure is milled by a high-precision gantry milling machine, with better accuracy.

Compared with transmission belt drive, printing speed of the linear motor is increased by 20%-25%, which greatly meets the customer’s requirements for printing speed.

Hard Oxide Adsorption Platform With Automatic Positioning Function
Jucolor 2513 printers use Hard-oxidized honeycomb-hole sub-chamber adsorption platform has strong adsorption capacity, which can effectively absorb printing material during printing process, prevent printing material from shifting, effectively ensure high-precision printing output, avoid print heads scraping caused by material warping. Damage problem, adsorption area can be adjusted at will, platform surface has high hardness, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, easy to clean.

Die Sinking Motor Base
Jucolor’s self-designed die-opening motor base, matched with a grinding screw, has higher installation accuracy, ensures smooth operation of the Y-axis dual-drive motor, refuses damage to the motor and screw due to insufficient precision.
Automatic Cast Aluminum Alloy Cleaning And Moisturizing Unit
Independently developed and designed by JuColor team, this cleaning and moisturizing unit is made of aluminum alloy, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, and never deformed.
The cap stations match the print heads through the lifting motor, pumps automatically clean the print heads, and cleaning position can be adjusted automatically without manual adjustment. It cooperates well with the print heads, keeps moisturizing and prevents print heads from capping station with auto-wiper Print heads are more expensive, need to protect and keep moisturizer well.
So JuColor team develop own auto cap station with wiper for RICOH Gen5/6 heads on JuColor A2+UV printer, it can clean automatically, wiper print head automatically, keep print head moisturizer(head storage when in stand by). That’s very useful to avoid clogging.

Four wind zone design, can open the area that needs suction at will, and the application is more flexible.

Automatic Height Measuring System
Automatically detect the suitable printing distance between the nozzle and the printing material. Automatic Collision Avoidance System
Jucolor 2513 UV printer equipped anti-collision system for print head. This anti-collision system sensors are equipped on both sides of printing system. When safety of print heads are threatened, this system will stop printing directly, effectively protecting print head from being damaged.

Eliminate static electricity on materials, make ink droplets more stable, and eliminate ink flying problems caused by static electricity.
Y-axis Dual Servo Motor Drive
For Y axis, we use dual motor drive. Compared with single motor, dual motor has a simpler structure,running directly, no need belt, avoids the poor accuracy of belt drive, the failure rate is high, drive more accurate, and failure rate is lower.
